If you do not wish to have flowers delivered we also offer a click and collect service for no extra charge.
Same Day Deliveries- Ashford
Same Day deliveries must be received by 1pm GMT or 12pm GMT on Saturdays, orders received after this time will be delivered the next working day.
We are unable to guarantee specific times during the day for the deliveries, with the exception of funeral flowers, which will be delivered up to 2 hours prior to the funeral. If you have a request for a specific time we will try our best to accommodate your requirements but we cannot guarantee it.
A small delivery charge is required. These charges are as follows..
- Standard £4.95
- If the recipient is not at home when we deliver their flowers we will find a safe place to leave them i.e. a neighbour or out building and leave a calling card to say where they have been left. If this is not possible we will leave a card asking the recipient to contact us to rearrange delivery or collection.
- If you require flowers to a place of work, hotel or hospital etc we will need as much detail as possible such as office, room or ward number etc. Also a mobile phone number of the recipient is always a great help and prevents many non-deliveries.
Due to the seasonal availability of flowers it may be necessary to vary individual stems from those shown. Our skilled florists may substitute flowers for one similar in style, quality and value. Where our designs include a sundry item like a vase or basket it may not always be possible to include the exact item as displayed. If such an occasion arises we will make every effort to replace the item with a suitable alternative.
