Florist Refund Policy
We strive to provide fresh, high-quality flowers and excellent service. However, if you are not satisfied with your order or if we are unable to fulfill your request, our refund policy is as follows:
1. Order Cancellations
- Orders canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full refund.
- Same-day and last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a full refund, depending on preparation status.
2. Quality Issues
- If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or a full/partial refund.
3. Delivery Issues
- If we are unable to deliver your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.
- If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or recipient unavailability, a re-delivery fee may apply.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Slight variations in flower arrangements due to seasonal availability.
- Orders refused by the recipient (unless due to quality issues).
- Delays caused by extreme weather or circumstances beyond our control.
